WHAT IS ‘APPS FOR SEPTA’?
Devnuts teams up with SEPTA for their second "Hack-A-Thon" event. "Apps for Septa" is a weekend-long civic coding event focused on building web, mobile or social applications that use SEPTA data and APIs held at Devnuts. This the second annual civic hacking event focused on using SEPTA data and APIs.
Participants will have the option of demoing their app for the SEPTA staff on Monday.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
FRIDAY: PreHackathon @SEPTA HQ and @Devnuts (optional, no ticket required)
Tour of SEPTA control center
Transit back to Devnuts
Food, beer, and whiteboards for anyone that wants to lay down some ideas for the weekend
SATURDAY: Hacking @Devnuts (ticketholders, mentors, press)
Doors open. Coffee and Breakfast
Hackathon begins. All attendees should be checked in
Kick-off talk. Demos of APIs and re-hackable apps
SUNDAY Hacking and Demos @Devnuts (ticketholders, mentors, press, and judges)
Coffee and Breakfast
Design/Hacking wraps and demos get prepared
Demonstrations of all apps and prize distribution to the favorite projects of the weekend.
MONDAY: Staff Demos @SEPTA HQ (Demoers of functioning apps, press, SEPTA staff)
Repeat of demos for SEPTA staff and awarding of SEPTA choice honor & prize
